Nutella & Sea Salt Stuffed Sugar Cookies

Hello World, Long time no blog.

Let's just say I got caught up in the world of full-time work & sort of let it rule my life for a bit.

Now that my work-life balance has restored to a more consistently normal pace I will continue to do a lot more of what I love:

Baking & sharing it.

I have a lot of posts to do to catch up so without further adieu here is one delicious, mouth watering recipe:

Nutella & Sea Salt Stuffed Cookies!!!!!

You heard me sir.

All the glory of Nutella baked into a soft warm sugar cookie.

Genius.

Clearly, I do not have a lot to say about these cookies, they just speak for themselves.

I give a standing ovation to the creator of this recipe:

She gives a great step-by-step to follow

One tip I would have to add  is:

The recipe instructs you to freeze the spoonfuls of nutella for 15 minutes before rolling them in the cookie dough .

Lesson learned?

No matter how long you freeze Nutella it will begin to melt almost immediately, so try not to handle it outside of the dough for very long. My hands were covered in it--which was not necessarily a bad thing but just a warning.

Until next time friends. :)
