Boston.
The home of the Red Sox
dirty water
a truly amazing accent
&
Kristen Sacco.
I believe that I was brought into this world to make people laugh, cry, & make them wonderful things to eat-- all the time.
I am daughter to some hard working folks and a father who is especially passionate
about cooking.
This particular passion led to the birth of a family catering business.
Growing up my brothers & I were volunteered to help all the time--it was a norm for us.
Somewhere in the midst of all the craziness-- I began to fall in love with baking.
It felt like fate.
So after years of the age-old question of " What do you want to be when you grow up?"
I realized that becoming aprincess in a castle was NOT a realistic option.
My ultimate goal in life became opening a bakery to call my own.
I don't know when this will actually happen so in the meantime....
I am banker by day & amateur baker by night.
Thus the birth of the Boston Baker food blog in hopes of creating interest and popularity with my recipes, ideas and straight up Bostonian-charm.
(Go ahead, try to resist.)
So that is my mission on this earth-if you choose to accept it.
If not ?--I'm sure there is something interesting on the Food Network.
The end.
